vanilla almond chicken fingers

Ingredients
3/4 of a cup Vanilla almond special K 1 egg white (you dont use it all, more like half of it)1 serving size chicken breast cut into strips** I dip mine into a little honey! so delicious!! and much better than the fried version.
Directions
preheat oven to 350F

Crush cereal

dip strips of chicken into egg and then cover in crushed cereal

bake for 20 minutes, flipping half way.
