Ingredients
3 very ripe bananas3/4 c sugarpinch of salt1 egg, beaten1/4 c butter, melted1 t baking soda1 T water2 c whole wheat flour, sifted
Directions
Mash bananas with fork; blend in sugar, salt and egg. Stir butter into mixture. Dissolve soda in water; add with flour. Mix well. Bake in a loaf pan 40 minutes at 350.
