Ingredients
1 cup Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt1 Cup Dole Frozen Mixed Berries1/2 cup Dole Frozen Pineapple Chunks1/2 cup lowfat (1%) milk
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender and mix well. Add a little bit of water at a time if smoothie is too thick to blend completely.

Makes 1 great serving!

You can of course use non-fat milk and 1/2 the yogurt serving for a less carb rich serving.
