Cat's Carrot Cake Healthy

3 cups grated carrots1.5 cups plain low fat yogurt1/3 cup Nulaid Reddiegg egg subsitute1/4 cup applesauce1/4 cup canola oil1 tsp vanilla2 cups flour1cupsSplenda1/2 cup sugar1.5 tsp baking soda1.5 tsp baking powder2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg1 tsp allspicedash salt
Preheat oven to 350.
Coat 13x9 pan with cooking spray.
Stir together the carrots, yogurt, egg substitute, applesauce, oil, and vanilla. Set aside.
Combine the flour, Splenda, sugar,baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt. Stir well.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet, stir well, but just until blended.
Pour into the prepared pan.
Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
