Maple Granola

Ingredients
3 cups old fashioned oats1/2 cup coconut1/2 cup pecans1/2 cup almonds1/2 cup olive oil1/2 cup pure maple syrup3 T honey1/2 tsp cinnamon2 tsp vanilla1 tsp salt
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix remaining ingredients in a saucepan and heat but do not boil.
Pour over oats. Spread in a sheet pan.
Cook at 300 degrees F for 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Makes 18-1/4 cup servings.
