Imitation Crab Salad

Ingredients
2 cups imitation crab meat4 tbsp miracle whip4 tbsp sour cream, reduced fat1 - 2.5 oz can sliced black olives1/2 cup green onions1 large celery stalk chopped
Directions
Lightly chop the crab meat into smaller peices. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate until chilled.

    Love it! I had some frozen crab legs so used them instead of imitation crab and it's yummy! I omitted the olives since I don't particularly like them. Otherwise this is a keeper. - 9/5/10
