Turkey & Bean Enchiladas

Ingredients
2 c. shredded colby jack cheese1 med onion, chopped1 2oz. can sliced black olives24 - 6in. corn tortillas20 oz. red enchilada sauce2 c. cooked turkey, chopped2 c. pinto beans
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 9x13 inch pan. In small bowl, combine cheese, onion and black olives. In another bowl combine turkey and beans. Add a spoon of turkey mixture and a spoon of cheese mixture to each tortilla. Roll and place in the prepared dish. Repeat until bottom layer of pan is covered. Pour 1/2 of enchilada sauce over the top. Roll next 12 tortillas and then add the second 1/2 of enchilada sauce and sprinkle with the remaining cheese mixture. Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven or until cheese is melted.
