Stuffed Cabbage

1 head of cabbageRiceGround Meat (turkey, beef, or other)Spaghetti Sauce
1 head of cabbage - boil until tender, rinse with cool water.
rice - make enough for 5 servings (you can use either brown or white rice) 1 pound of meat brown and season to taste.
Mix rice and meat in large bowl. Take a leaf of cabbage and fill with the mix of rice and meat and roll. Use a toothpick to hold the roll. Place in large pot. Repeat until all of the cabbage leaves are gone. When all rolls are in the pot add a jar of Spaghetti sauce to cover the cabbage. Cook until hot.
Makes about 5 - 8 servings
