Broiled zucchini

Ingredients
Zucchini, Yellow squash, olive oil, salt/pepper to taste. 5 squirts of "I can't believe it's not butter"
Directions
Quarter the squash and zucchini. Amount is determine by the consumer. For an individual snack I prepare one each. For a family meal I prepare 3 each. Align on foil, drizzle olive oil over all quarter zucchini and squash. Do not saturate. About a total of 2 tbsp of oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Broil on high. Keep an eye on it!. Check with fork or knife for completely cooked. Knife should slide thru the squash easily. You may have a light brown toasted look to the squash. Remove from oven, spray with butter and serve while hot. You may add more salt/pepper for taste if desired.
