Ingredients
8 egg whites6 oz low-fat plain yogurt3 oz shredded low-fat cheese3 oz fat-free shredded cheese1 cup mushrooms1 cup spinach
Directions
Hand beat egg whites. Add yogurt and cheeses, then veggies. Spray crockpot with non-stick vegetable spray. Pour in mixture. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Makes 5 servings.
