2 Chicken breasts, no skin or bone1 Medium Tomato1 Cup Fresh Spinach1/4 Cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing1 tbsp Parmasean Cheese, Grated (Optional)1 Cup White, Long Grain Rice
Pour dressing into fry pan, place chicken in pan, cook for about 10 min or until cooked through. While chicken is cooking, chop tomato and spinach. Add to pan and let simmer until spinach and tomatoes are cooked. Serve over rice. Sprinkle parmeasean cheese over top.
This is a simple recipie I make for my husband and I and one of the few ways I can get him to eat spinach. This can also be made with different types of veggies to change it up.
