Frozen Strawberry Buttermilk

4 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries (1 pound)1/2 cup sugar preferably superfine1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Pulse strawberries and sugar in a food processor until finely chopped. Stir buttermilk and lemon juice & slowly pour into processor while it''s running. Process until smooth and creamy. Should be ready to eat, pop in the freezer for a few if it seems too soft.
