Ingredients
2 cups oats1 cup brown rice flour1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup shelled walnut halves1/2 cup cocoa nibs3 TB flaxseed3 TB water1/2 cup applesauce1/4 cup water1/4 cup maple syrup or brown rice syrup1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix flaxseed and water in small bowl. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl. Mix wet ingredients into flaxseed bowl. Combine and stir till mixed. Drop by teaspoons onto baking sheet and bake at 350* for 10-15 minutes. Makes 50 cookies. (2 cookie sheets 4 rows of 5 cookies)
