Hungarian cabbage stew

Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef2 vidalia onions2 cloves garlic1 tbsp salt24 oz beef broth24 oz chicken broth1 tbsp chilli powder1 tsp cumin1 small cabbage, chopped1 large potato, peeled and diced1/2 cup uncooked rice15 oz can red kidney beans, undrained
Directions
Brown beef, onions, and garlic. Add salt, tomatoes, broths, chilli powder, and cumin. Bring to boil then add cabbage. reduce heat cover and cook for 30 min. Skim off fat. Add potato, rice and beans. Cover and simmer for 20 min, until rice is tender.
