Cheesy chicken, broccoli and potato crockpot

Ingredients
2 lbs uncooked boneless skinless chicken, cut into cubes.1 head of broccoli cut into bite size pieces4 medium potatoes cut into bite size cubes2 cans of condensed cheddar soup1/2 c low sodium chicken broth1/4 c flour
Directions
chop chicken, broccoli and potatoes into bite sized pieces, drop in crock pot. stir together 2 cans of condensed cheddar soup, 1/2 cup of low sodium chicken broth and 1/4 of flour. stir into meat and veggies in the crockpot. Set crockpot on low and let cook for 8 hrs. Turn crockpot off and uncover to let sauce thicken for about 20 minutes before serving.
