Creamy Cheesy Chicken & Mushroom

Ingredients
1lb chicken tenderloins1 can of 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup1/2 cup of 1% milkHalf a packet (2.5 cups) Birds Eye pepper stir fry2 Tbsp Light cream cheese1 clove of garlic, crushedPam Olive oil spray
Directions
*Cut away any fat remaining on the chicken
*Spray skillet with Pam olive oil and heat
*Add chicken, peppers, and garlic - heat until chicken is evenly browned
*Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
*Add mushroom soup, cream cheese and milk to skillet and stir, gently bringing it to a boil.
*Add chicken to skillet and lower heat, simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Serve with brown rice and vegetables for a complete meal.
