Banana Rhubarb Loaf

120g ground oats3 scoops whey (I used banana flavour)1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda2 tsp cinnamon2 tsp ginger2 whole egg1 large ripe banana250g syrup canned rhubarb drained (can use stewed fresh)Sweeten batter to taste (you probably won't need to)
Mash banana and beat in egg. Thoroughly mix in other ingredients. Bake in TWO standard loaf tins for 40-50 minutes at 175 C.
