7 Large eggs1/2 a link of smoked sausage,chopped1 cup chopped green bell peppers1 cup chopped red bell peppers1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese3 Tbsp SalsaAdd whatever veggies you enjoy
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Makes 12 servings
Cook sausage and veggies together over medium heat. When heated through add salsa.
In another bowl add eggs and mix well. Add cheese to the eggs and then add semi cooled meat mixture to the eggs. Mix well.
Grease muffin tin with pam.
Add 1/3 cup mixture to muffin cups.
Heat oven to 350 degrees and back for 15 minutes.
