Steak & Noodle Stir Fry

Ingredients
Beef, tip round, 6 oz Rice Noodles, 2 cup Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp *Marukan Rice Vinegar, 2 tbsp *Asian Chili Paste, 1 tbsp *Birds Eye Pepper Stir-Fry, 3 cup *Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 1 tbsp Chow Mein Noodles, .5 cup *Trader Joe’s Soyaki Sauce, 3 tbsp
Directions
Mix all liquids, ginger, and chili paste together. set aside.

Cook steak tips to desired done-ness. Set aside.
In same skillet, cook veggies according to package directions. May need to strain out the water (I always do).

Cook noodles according to directions. Strain.

When veggies start to get some color, add the noodles and fry for a bit. Add sauce. Heat through, then turn off heat ad toss in steak. Serve with chow-mein noodles if desired.
