Ricardo's Wild Blueberry Mousse

Ingredients
Directions
1 1/2 cups blueberries1 cup sugar3 egg whites1/4 tsp cream of tartarThin cookies such as langues de chat (cat's tongue) and additional blueberries for garnish (neither are in calorie count).
Combine blueberries with 1/2 cup sugar in food processor and whizz until very smooth. Reserve.
With electric mixer beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Gradually add remaining 1/c cup sugar, beating utnil soft peaks form. Fold in blueberry mixture until just combined. Divide among 6 desser cups. Garnish with additional blueberries and a thin biscuit such as langues de chat (cat's tongue) (biscuits not in calorie count).
