crock-pot pulled pork tacos

Ingredients
Pork Tenderloin, 16 oz Chicken Broth, .75 can (10.75 oz) Grapefruit Juice, .50 cupChili powder, 4 tbsp Cumin seed, 4 tbsp Garlic powder, 2 tbsp Onion powder, 2 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 2 tbspOregano, ground, 3 tbsp
Directions
Mix all ingredients in ziplock bag (including tenderloin). Close bag and mush everything around until no clumps of dry spices remail. Marinade overnight if desired. Pour into crock-pot. Set on low for 8 hours.

Serve with tortillas (unless on low carb) and pico de gallo. Makes approx. 12 generous sized tacos
