Easy Baked Asparagus

Ingredients
4 cups fresh asparagus, with tough ends cut off2 tbsp butter or butter substitute (calculations are done with real butter)Dash of SaltDash of Course Black Pepper
Directions
Wash asparagus and cut off tough ends. Lay in single layer in oven safe casserole dish. Melt 2 tbsp. butter or butter subtitute and drizzle over asparagus. Sprinkle with a dash of salt and dash of coarse black pepper. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes (I like mine tender crisp, if you like it a little more done- try 20 minutes). Voila- healthy, yummy side dish for dinner - or sometimes main course for lunch! Allows for 4 - 1 cup servings.
