Kristin's Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins

2 Cups Unsweetened Applesauce1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar2 Large Eggs1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/4 tsp Salt2 tsp Vanilla Extract2 Cups Fresh Blueberries
Mix all ingredients with mixer until well blended adding blueberries last. Pour into muffin tins or bread pan and bake at 350* for about 35 minutes for muffins/1 hour for bread or until baked through. Makes about 15 muffins or 1 loaf of bread.
