1lb extra lean ground beef1 cup sour cream1 can (10 1/4oz) low fat cream of mushroom soup1tbsp ketchup2tsp worcestershire sauce4 cups egg noodles1/8 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Prepare noodles according to package. Brown ground beef. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Heat until warmed through. Makes 4 1 cup servings.
