Awesome Spicy, Crunchy, Chicken

12 thighs Chicken, bone and skin removed Crispy Bread Crumbs, Progresso, 1 cupSalt, 1 tsp, or to tasteRed chilli-pepper flakes or cayenne 1 tbsp *Cumin seed, 1 tsp, or to tasteTurmeric, ground, 1 tsp / to tasteThyme, 1/4 tsp (dry works well, but not ground)
Spray 2- 13 inch, flat (pyrex) dish with Pam or other spray oil.
Pound the chicken to tenderize but not enough to fall apart.
In a medium bowl, mix well together the bread-crumbs and all other ingredients.
For the sake of ease, divide the bread-crumb mixture in half and place half the mixture in a 1 gallon zip-lock bag.
Place 6 pounded thighs in bag, seal and toss to coat well.
Spread out in 1 pyrex dish, and then do the same with the rest of the thighs and bread-crumbs and spread out in the 2nd dish.
Bake for 35 minutes at 375.
Turn the chicken once and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until cooked.
