MIX FIRST 6 INGREDIENTS BY HAND, DEVIDE INTO 4 EQUAL PORTIONS. SHAPE INTO 1/2" THICK PADDIES.
BROWN PADDIES, TAKE OUT AND SET ASIDE.
SAUTE ONIONS UNTIL SOFT AND SLIGHTY BROWN.
PUT PADDIES BACK INTO PAN, AND ADD 1 CAN BEEF BROTH.
COOK UNTIL MEAT IS NO LONGER PINK.

IT IS BEST TO PREPARE THIS IN A CAST IRON SKILETTE.

    This recipe was wonderful! My Dad used to make Hamburger Steak and I needed a lower fat alternative. Used 93/7 ground beef and added parsley. My dad used to use mushroom gravy but I didnt need it with this recipe the boullion made a very flavorful sauce. - 11/25/12
