Homemade Salisbury Steak

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef1 eggs beaten1 cup bread crumbsseasonings to taste gravy fixings
Directions
mix beef, egg, bread crumbs, and seasonings throughly. Make into 6-8 patties and cook in pan until just brown (do not cook completely) Make gravy. Move patties to a baking pan and cover with gravy. Bake on 350 for 30 min.

    I didn't have any "gravy" fixins so I dumped a can of tomato sauce on it with some onions flakes. It turned out very good. I will be doing this recipe again soon to try the gravy on it instead. - 10/23/07
