Tofu Clam chowder

Ingredients
2 cans of clams w/ juice1 block silken tofu, blended in a food processer1 large potato2 cups vegetable broth4 tbs I can't believe its not butter1/4 cup flour1 cup 1% milk
Directions
melt butter in a saucepan
soften carrots and celery and diced potato in the butter
add flour to the butter to make a ruex
slowly add broth, then all of the other ingredients
