Grilled pizza dough

Ingredients
2 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast1 c. warm waterpinch sugar 2 1/4 tsp. kosher salt1/4 c. white cornmeal3 Tb. whole wheat flour1 Tb. virgin olive oil2 1/2 -3 1/2 c. white flour
Directions
Makes 5 personal sized pizzas.

Roll pizza dough out to desired size. Place on a hot grill for 90 seconds to cook first side. Remove from grill and add toppings (to the grilled side). Return to grill on medium heat and keep lid closed. Pizza is done when the toppings have warmed through and the cheese is melted.
