Ingredients
Use 1 whole small seedless watermelon (there was no calculation for it so I estimated it would be 2 cups diced up more or less) 1 whole package of fresh strawberries washed tops cut off and cut into 1/2s or 1/4s, Red or Black seedless grapes (I find the green ones are too tart and don't go as well with all the other sweet fruits) as much off the bunch as you would like- I mix these all cut up together in a big tupperware container either the night before or at least 1-2 hours in the fridge so the watermelon juice can naturally sweeten the strawberries. Save slicing the bananas and cutting up apples until just before serving (I keep them in the fridge until also so they are cold going into cold salad) and then toss together before serving (otherwise bananas mush and apples turn brown) Delicious, refreshing and good way to get your fruit in for the day, also great as an after dinner treat to satisfy your sweet tooth!
