Ingredients
13 oz Foster Farms ground turkey (lean)2 cups cooked brown rice12 oz frozen broccoli1/2 cup parmesan Cheese, grated3/4 tsp Morton Lite Salt1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Brown ground turkey and seasonings (except salt) in large non-stick skillet over med-high heat. Add salt, rice and broccoli, cover and heat through on medium heat. Add parmesan cheese, cover and heat on low for 5 minutes. Makes 5 servings, 1 cup each.
