Orzo Pasta Salad

Ingredients
8 oz Orzo uncooked3 cloves Garlic chopped1/2 Medium Onion diced6 oz Mixed Baby Squash diced1 1/2 cups Broccoli Florets8 small Sweet Bell Peppers diced1 1/2 cups Sliced Mushrooms1 cup cherry tomatoes2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oilsalt and lemon pepper
Directions
cook orzo according to package directions.
saute veggies in 1 tbsp olive oil
add hot veggies to cooked and drained orzo
cut cherry tomatoes in 4 and add to salad
drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil over salad
add salt and lemon pepper and mix well

cover and put in fridge for at least 2 hours.

1/2 Cup = 1 Serving
