Ingredients
1/2 cup old fashioned Oats1 cup water2 fresh egg whites2 tbs flax seed--ground1 tbs bee pollenCinnamon & vanilla extract to taste.
Directions
Makes one LARGE bowl of oatmeal. Can save calories by using lite milk. This is really stick to your ribs oatmeal.

Combine 1/2 cup old-fashioned oatmeal, 1 cup water, and 2 egg whites. Stir briskly to break up the egg whites thoroughly. Cook in a LARGE microwave proof bowl for 2 min on HIGH. Stir. Add ground flax, bee pollen, some cinnamon and a touch of vanilla extract (optional). Stir and enjoy
