Banana Oat Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour4 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp cinnamon3 medium very ripe bananas2 large eggs1/4 cup canola oil1/4 cup water2/3 cup splenda1 Tbsp vanilla extract1 cup rolled oats2/3 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Mix flour and baking powder, salt and cinnamon together. In another bowl, mix bananas, eggs, oil, water, splenda, and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Add flour mixture and stir until it is moistened. Stir in oats and nuts.
Spoon 1/4 cup mixture into each muffin liner. Bake on 350* for 25 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
