Sausage and Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
2 tbsp flour2 eggs (can use egg substitutes)1/2 cup shredded taco cheese (can sprinkle more on top)1/2 tube of sausage (can use veggie sausage crumbles)1 refridgerated pie crust1 cup milk1 10 oz pack of frozen spinach (cook to directions and drain)basiloreganogarlic powder - spices to taste in sausage
Directions
bake pie crust at 375 - poke holes in bottom with fork
mixed all other cooked ingredients and other ingredients and pour into baked pie crust, cook at 325 for 30 minutes or until not runny/jiggly.
