Brazilian White Rice

Ingredients
1 cup long grain white rice2 cups water1 tbsp soybean oil1 tsp minced garlic1 tsp salt
Directions
Fry garlic in oil and add rice. Fry until sticking together. Add 2 cups of water and salt. Boil in medium heat until water evaporates and you see bubbles on surface of rice. Cover and cook in very low heat until tender. Yields 4 1/2 cup servings.
