Date walnut cake

Ingredients
1cup canola oil1 cup brown sugar0.5 cup powdered sugar1 cup egg white liquid1 cup all purpose flour0.5 tsp baking soda0.5tsp baking powder0.5 tsp salt2 cup chopped walnuts2 cup chopped and pitted dates
Directions
Sift together 1cup all purpose flour, 0.5tsp baking soda, 0.5tsp baking powder and 0.5 tsp salt.

Cream together 1cup canola oil, 1 cup brown sugar 0.5cup powdered sugar and 1 cup egg white liquid.

Mix the flour mixture into the creamed mixture of oil and sugars and stir in the walnuts and dates.

Bake in a well-greased rectangular pan lined with wax paper(also greased) at 350 C for 30-35 mins.
