Vegan Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1 tablespoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1 cup Orginal Almond Breeze1/4 cup applesauce1 tsp vanilla extract3 tsp cinnamon
Directions
mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Spray pan first with light olive oil. Pour 1/4 cup of mixture into pan. Should be able to cook 3 pancakes at a time. Will need to cook each side of pancakes 2-3 minutes.

Makes 6 pancakes (2 pancakes per serving)
