Blender Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/4 Cup Non Fat Milk1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1 egg1 Tbsp canola oil1 tsp honeydash of salt1 tsp Baking Soda10 almonds1/4 cup Quaker Oats2 Tbsp Amaranto1/4 cup Wheat Germ
Directions
Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend for 2 minutes. Place about 1/2 cup batter per pancake in medium hot skillet. Cook as desired.
