Caprise Pasta salad

Ingredients
3 oz pasta (any small shape)6 cherry tomatoes, quartered1 chopped pepper (red, yellow, orange or combo)5 basil leaves, chopped2 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, chopped1/8 C olive oil1/8 C vinegar1 teaspoon garlicSalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Cook pasta, drain mix with tomato, pepper, cheese, basil

Dress with Olive Oil, vinegar, garlic, salt & pepper.

Serve cold or room temp.
