Beef Tips and Rice

Ingredients

1 lb beef stew meat1 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper1/2 cup flour2 tbsp vegetable oil1 package onion soup mix2 cups beef broth1 package brown gravy mixwhite or brown rice
Season stew meat with salt and pepper.
Heat vegetable oil in skillet.
Dust meat pieces with flour.
Cook meat in the oil until meat is brown.
Mix onion soup mix, brown gravy mix, and beef broth then add to meat.
Let simmer until gravy is thick (about 5 mins)
Serve over rice.
