Bean and Veggie Burrito

Ingredients
1 Low Carb High Fiber Wrap (Don Pancho Brand)1/2 c. canned pinto beans1/2 c, shredded cabbage (I use the pre-shredded slaw mix)1-2 tbsps. canned and diced green chili peppers1 tbsp. chopped onion2 tbsps. extra sharp cheddar1 tbsp. sour cream2 tbsps. pico de gallo salsa
Directions
Heat the pinto beans. Place all ingredients in the wrap and roll up like a burrito. I sometimes zap it in the microwave for about a minute once its all put together, just to warm everything up a little. Makes 1 BIG serving! For a real treat, add some fresh guacamole (not included in nutrition info.)
