Simple Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients
1 Jumbo Egg 1/8 cup Great Value - Fiesta Blend Cheese2 oz Hillshire Farm Ultra Thin Honey Roasted Turkey1 La Tortilla Factory, Large Original Low Carb Tortilla1/4 Barley, pearled, cooked1 dash Italian Seasoning1 dash garlic powder
Directions
Start with lightly oiling your pan with some olive oil spray (or whatever cooking spray you use or method of oiling a pan you use).

Scramble the egg with the garlic powder and Italian seasoning and pour it into the pan. Let it cook for just a minute on medium/high heat then sprinkled the cheese on top. After a minute or so scramble the turkey in with the egg.

While that is cooking heat some left over barley in the microwave.

When the egg mixture is finished cooking, put it into the tortilla and add the barley.

Then wrap up like a burrito and enjoy!
