Ingredients
Directions
Arnold Sandwich Thin1 Medium egg1 oz 2%cheddar cheesesplash of skim milk1 Turkey sausage patty (Tennessee Pride)
Warm sandwich thin in the toaster (you don't want it too crunchy). Mix egg, milk, and a dash of pepper in a microwave safe bowl. Cook egg in microwave on high for 1:10. (If you use a tupperware roughly the size of the sandwich thin you'll have a nicer egg shape.) Cut the cheese into small pieces and place half on top of the egg. Microwave egg + cheese another 20 seconds or until cheese is fairly melted. Put the other half of the cheese pieces on the inside of the top half of the sandwich thin and let melt in the toaster (or microwave for a few seconds if you don't have a toaster). Cook the turkey sausage patty per it's instructions then cut into 2-3 pieces to spread it out. Assemble the egg and turkey sausage on the sandwich thin and ta da!

I have been making this for years for hubby but with regular sausage. Will change to the turkey now. Also for anyone who has not tried the Arnold sandwhich thin bread, it is a must. Not only is it delicious but it stands up to anything and does not fall apart. - 7/12/09

I agree, I LOVE the sandwich thins and use them for everything! It's amazing how much difference the little changes can make like switching to the thins, turkey sausage, 2% cheese, and medium eggs. The sandwich I used to make was about 500 calories.
