1.5 c soy milk (I used Silk light vanilla)1.5 c water1/4 c quinoa3/4 c rolled oatspinch salt1/8 c sugar~1/2 lb frozen strawberries1/2 teas nutmeg1 teas cinnamon
Bring soy milk & water to a boil. On medium high heat, stir in salt, quinoa, oats, and sugar, then cinnamon, nutmeg, and strawberries.
Stir occasionally for 15 mins with cover off. Turn off heat, put cover on, and let sit for 10 mins until it congeals a bit.
