whole wheat pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 lg egg well beaten, 1 cup nonfat milk, 1 tbsp canola oil
Directions
Beat egg and add other wet ingredients. Mix it with dry ingredients. Blueberries, strawberries, bananas or nuts can be added if desired but will change nutritional content. Heat up griddle and cook until browned.
