Ingredients
onion 1celery 1 1/2 cturkey 1 lbcooked rice 1 1/2 cupcanned tomatoes one can
Directions
Brown 1 minced onion and 1 1/2 cup diced celery. with 1 lb ground turkey. Add oregano 1 T 1 1/2 cup cooked brown rice . 1 can diced tomatoes. Heat through . Serve with parmesan to taste. Substitute low sodium tomatoes if desired for lower sodium content . lean turkey would also lower fat.
