Quick and Easy Low Fat Breakfast Wrap

Ingredients
1/4 Cup Egg Beaters (Try Southwestern they're great w/this!)3 Tbsp Egg Beaters Egg Whites1 Tbsp Mozzarella Cheese (Part Skim Milk)1 Tbsp 2% Cheddar Cheese1 Oz Oven Roasted Turkey (Deli Style)1 Tbsp Diced Mushrooms1 Whole Wheat Tortilla
Directions
Makes 1 Serving

Whisk egg substitute, egg whites, mushrooms, and turkey together in a small bowl. Cook eggs in a small nonstick skillet until desired consistency. Spoon egg along center of a tortilla wrap. Sprinkle cheese on top of egg and roll up.
