Sweet and Tart Baby Carrots

Ingredients
small bag of baby carrots1/2 cup honey3 tbsp butter2 tsp fresh ginger grated
Directions
1. cook carrots to the consistancy you want (microwave or steam as you choose)
2. melt butter in small sauce pan over low heat
3. grate ginger into pan
4. add honey to pan
5. stir constantly over heat. until mixed well. no more than 1 minute.
6. pour over carrot and serve.
