Roasted Asparagus with Pine Nuts and Gorganzola Cheese

Ingredients
1/4 cup pine nuts1 1/2 lb asparagus spears1 tsp salt1 tbsp olive oil2 tsp gorganzola cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F. Place pine nuts in a skillet, toast them shaking pan occasionally. Cook 5 minutes or until golden. Tranfer to paper towel to cool.

Place asparagus spears in one layer on a baking tray. Sprinkle with salt, drizzle with the olive oil, toss well. Roast for 8 minutes or until spears are tender.

Transfer asparagus to serving platter. Sprinkle with thr cheese and sprinkle with pine nuts.
